Yoga For Tech Neck

Before the covid lockdowns began, I had been in a few major accidents, and I have neck and back problems which I get to be mindful of. 

The activities that have supported my structural health over the years have been physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic care, yoga, and hot tubs. Staying consistent with these practices keeps my neck and back in good working order.

During Covid, everything changed, and the amount of time I spend inside, on my phone, iPad, and computer has increased tenfold. Now, I pay careful attention to my posture and how long I am staying in one position. I make sure to move more often, take plenty of breaks, stretch and do these short series of yoga postures at least a few times a day.
